Nextech play a significant role in overcoming this issue by offering “Kitting” service.

Nextech will take the responsibility of sourcing the Bill of Material (BOM) of the customer and use its own resources to procure all the required material from various resources and locations. After procuring all the material the same will be shipped / supplied to customer. Due to our Kitting service the customer will be highly benefited where he gets the advantage of time, resource, cost & quality.

Consolidation

Nextech has a flexible approach to meet ever changing client’s needs & requirements. Particularly for the high volume product manufacturers and for some special needs, the companies look forward to the logistics services for consolidation of their material shipments. Nextech, India together with its operations at Hong Kong is very much placed in a better stage to support these requirements. Nextech, India does the coordination service and its Hong Kong office does the final logistics service. The customers can ask their vendors to supply / ship the material to Nextech, Hong Kong office and Nextech take the responsibility to ship it back to the customer along with other material received from other vendors as well customer’s direct placed orders on Nextech. In a nut shell Nextech does the “Consolidation” process very effectively which saves lot of time and effort for the customer.

Out Source - EMS

Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) is the term used for companies that design, test, manufacture, distribute and provide return / repair services for electronic components and assemblies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Nextech understand the importance of EMS and tries to bring in value addition in this line of activity which is again a benefit for the customer particularly for the product assembler, Manufacturer or any original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Apart from supplying the electronic components and semiconductor devices to the customer Nextech goes one step further to assist the customer in identifying the right manufacturer / product assembler for high volume production. Nextech can take the complete responsibility of manufacturing and testing of the assembly / product to be manufactured at the EMS vendor. Nextech offers this service for the Indian customer to identify local EMS vendor as well as international EMS vendor in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore or any other location. At the same time Nextech also facilitate its International clients to identify the right EMS resource from Indian subcontinent.

Export

Though Nextech is primarily a distributor of electronic components in Indian market for the international manufacturers, it also looks out for business opportunities in the export market. Nextech will identify the international business opportunities for the local Indian product manufacturers. We will also take care of the complete responsibility of the export process in reaching the material to the end user in any international location. Indian customers can make use of our local presence as well as our Hong Kong operations to reach out various customers in internationally and expand their business.
